What does this information mean?
To access Condemned Catacomb at least one member of the group must purchase an old catacomb key for 64s from Dillan Bolefreg on the cliff west of The Ruins of Caltorsis, at ( -1180, 26, -955 ) /waypoint -1180, 26, -955. Examining the key will give you the quest, The Condemned Catacomb Key. It is a good idea for all to have the key, as anyone that revives will respawn outside. Lockout begins when you kill the first Named mob.
All of the quests in the zone begin with the NPCs at a camp at the very top of the cliff between The Tower of the Oracles and The Ruins of Caltorsis.
A long lost portion of the Qeynos Catacombs has been discovered, and with it a horde of dark and vile goblins. The Concordium fears that the catacomb is home to the dark mage, Vindiami the Ancient, who the Necrosis goblin clan is attempting to awaken. The Temple of Life has dispatched an emissary into Antonica to investigate the situation and recruit any willing adventurers who would like to assist in ridding the world of these dangerous evils.
