Steps
- Head to ( -489, 126, 473 ) and kill The Cogsmasher, a level 16^^ Heroic. Loot chest and get Cogsmasher's Wrench to start the quest. Note: After starting the quest, the journal refers to the wrench as Cogsmasher's Cudgel.
- Talk to Grimply Sniffwistle at Spire Shadow Outpost. He may not have the quest icon over his head, but talk to him anyway to complete the quest.
