What does this information mean?

StepsEdit

1. Talk to Sedrard Jithir, in a cage near the last mob ( -18, 108, -159 ) /waypoint -18, 108, -159.
2. Kill Marus Xand.
3. Escort the captain in force to the freezer area. You have to cross the freezer room doorway for the quest to advance (i.e., for the escort portion to complete). After that, you can then loot the crystal from the nearest hanging meat.

Note: Do not exit the zone during this quest. It will more than likely bug, and you'll have to delete the quest and start over. Petitioning won't help - they know about the bug but will only reset the quest for you.
