1. Collect ten pages. The ten pages spawn in semi hidden corners all over the zone. The page numbers at each spawn point are random. The pages respawn once all pages have been collected.
   • First Spot - Entrance ( -10, 0, -1 ) /waypoint -10, -0, -1
   • Second Spot - First Room On Left ( 35, 1, 4 ) /waypoint 35, 1, 4
   • Third Spot - First Room On The Right, Under Broken Table ( 14, -1, -55 ) /waypoint 14, -1, -55
   • Fourth Spot - Ledge Above The Well ( 73, 11, -33 ) /waypoint 73, 11, -33
   • Fifth Spot - Corridor In Lower Section ( 72, -60, -129 ) /waypoint 72, -60, -129
   • Sixth Spot - Corridor In Lower Section ( 56, -64, -171 ) /waypoint 56, -64, -171
   • Seventh Spot - Armoury ( 46, -62, -148 ) /waypoint 46, -62, -148

2. Seek out a Thexian scholar who can interpret the book for you.
   • The scholar's name is V'Aevic Eil'Dragis, he's in his Secret Lair ( -513, -91, -678 ) /waypoint -513, -91, -678 at the end of a small stream in the Grobb faction area of Firmroot Moot.
3. Deliver a message to Vlakis D'Vanus in Lavastorm at the Thexian Camp. ( -85, -130, 330 ) /waypoint -85, -130, 330 near Najena's Dungeon.
4. Return to V'Aevic Eil'Dragis at the Secret Lair to determine if he was able to decipher the book.
5. Find a tomb in The Commonlands. The tomb is near the Darklight Wood entrance at ( 158, -49, -739 ) /waypoint 158, -49, -739.
6. Return to V'Aevic Eil'Dragis at the Secret Lair to tell him about the status of the tomb: it is locked.
7. Search Befallen: Halls of the Forsaken for someone who might have known Kizdean Gix.
   • Kill The Eidolon of Depravity.
8. Search Befallen: Necrotic Asylum for someone who might have known Kizdean Gix.
   • Click the bench at ( -94, 0, -45 ) /waypoint -94, 0, -45 and talk to Cmdr Windstream. The bench is in the same room as the ladder to the lower floor.
9. The betrayer Cmdr Windstream spoke of should be somewhere within the Befallen: Cavern of the Afflicted
   • Examine a headstone in Befallen: Cavern of the Afflicted ( 79, -31, -2 ) /waypoint 79, -31, -2 to spawn the skeleton Lrodd Level 80 ^^^, is not aggro. Kill for update. (His level scales to the level of the zone. Mentored to level 59 when entering caused him to spawn as level 59 ^^^) The Headstone is at the bottom of the well, just look southwest once you are down.
10. Inform V'Aevic Eil'Dragis of the new information I have learned.
11. Gather a Vial of pure sunlight particles used to fight against vampires in the Evernight Abbey.
    • You get this update upon killing Lord Marcus Thex, the last named in Evernight Abbey.
12. Go to Obelisk of Ahkzul and kill the Proto-Ravager for the vial of emptyness update.
13. Return to V'Aevic Eil'Dragis and he will send you to The Crypt of the Imprisoned in The Commonlands ( 164, -45, -743 ) /waypoint 164, -45, -743.
14. Kizdean Gix is a 85^^^ Heroic. Kill him without killing any of the adds he spawns or he'll become invincible. Adds will spawn at every 20 %. A chanter is recommended.
15. Inform V'Aevic Eil'Dragis of the new information I have learned.
16. Go to Neriak and talk to N'Glorion M'Oriquendi (Just inside entrance from Darklight Wood at ( 48, 17, -61 ) /waypoint 47.66, 17.32, -60.78).
17. Return to V'Aevic Eil'Dragis and loot your reward from his lifeless dark elf body.
