What does this information mean?

[edit] Steps

1. Chest with D'Vinn's Blade can be found in The Emperor's Chambers at ( -23, 23, 10 ) /waypoint -23, 23, 10 on the upper level of the Crushbone Keep. If you have multiple people doing the step, you will have to wait a few seconds after each person updates for the chest to be clickable again.
2. Take the Blade to The Witch of the Wood within Greater Faydark at ( -757, 85, 381 ) /waypoint -757, 85, 381. She also opens up the last quest in the series called More Than Just a Tree
   • Important: You must speak Fayfolke in order to talk to her. This is not to be confused with Faerlie, which can be learned in Kelethin.
