1. Find the Elixir of Spring Prime Recipe (gatherable at ( -52, 207, 6 ) /waypoint -52, 207, 6, looks like a sparkling piece of paper)
2. Gather the following ingredients
   • Three A Sulfur Rock (harvestable in the barracks, look like grey stones, can be hard to see)
   • Four scoops of velium dust (each cold velium statue drops 2)
   • One a maiden's tears (drops off a zombie maid)
3. Create the Elixir of Spring Prime
   • Scribe the recipe, go to the kitchen and craft the item in the cooking pot. Very easy, no tradeskill levels required.
4. Return to Vethilot
