• With January 17th patch SOE changed the quest so you have to dialog with the outriders in order to get the update. You can no longer zip past them while hailing to get the update.
• As of 2/14/2008, the mob to speak to is a Bathezid's Watch vanguard. These are random spawns (confirm one spawned on me, in an area I'd just swept) in the above area. Bathezid outriders no longer update this quest.
