Mistress Syryzana was grayed out for me. Didn't notice her until after I had killed the Key of Chaos and the surrounding minions; however, she didn't auto-attack. Facing the Key of Chaos, she spawned to my left and behind me Gemtwist 13:27, December 15, 2010 (UTC)
I had to run around the room a couple of times before she spawned, just between the Key and the entrance to the next chamber (Anakritis, Antonia-Bayle, 4th May 2019)
