The drops have changed on this. Today I got "Silt Sucker Slacks" (Treasured, Leather armor (Legs) Lvl 1, +1 wis, +5 health); and "Mucous Wraps" (Treasured, Bruiser/Monk hand wraps, Lvl 3, 2.9 rating, +2 str, +2 agi). Both are listed in the lootdb, but the pants are not attributed to The Guurok. HardwareLust 18:31, 5 August 2007 (UTC)

I would not recommend attempting to solo the guurock even if you're higher level than it. Paladins and Furies have been dumb enough to attempt to solo it at level 6... guess who won. You will need a small group of a tank, healer, dps to easily take this thing down. Kill it before you get off the island, if you're lucky you'll get a few legendaries off of it.
