There is a special instance NEAR the real Emerald Halls for a quest in the Tunare Quest line (Faith). This instance is solo and is called Emerald Halls: Guardian of Growth ---User:Kethra

So in answer to your quest, Emerald Halls is a RAID zone. There needs to be a new link for Emerald Halls: Guardian of Growth (SOLO) and the links from Faith need to be fixed. I can do this if you want. --User:Kethra
