When you do the turn in to the Emmisary in Jarsath you are given two options:

1. I have a letter from Field Chief Ry'zilk of the Ry'zilk Renegades.

2. Sebilis sent me with a letter to deceive you.

I picked the first and got 20gp, 95sp, 3cp.

Not sure what happens if you pick the second option.

I had 2 characters so 1 choose the second option, you get a slightly longer dialog, but it ends with your information being more valuable then the letter, and he pays you the same amount. They both recieved his follow up quest without change in dialog.
