I just completed this quest at level 44, and it scaled. So I think the info on the page about it scaling to a minimum of 45 might be incorrect. Saddare 07:15, 16 April 2008 (UTC)

When you did it, was the instance scaled to level 44, or level 45? (i.e. were there any blue enemies to you?) 70.79.118.158 07:26, 16 April 2008 (UTC)

There was a mix of blue (lvl 42) and yellow (lvl 45), all over-cons except for the final "homeowner", who was yellow (lvl 46) and neither over- nor under-con. I solo'd it fairly easily, despite the yellow mobs. Saddare 07:37, 16 April 2008 (UTC)

Second time through the quest, the mobs were 43v and 44vv, with one 45^ who I could sneak around. After I obtained the item, two more mobs spawned: 43, and 45v. I'm still level 44. Saddare 07:57, 16 April 2008 (UTC)

The Journal level is 44. And this time through, the blue mobs are level 41v instead of 43v and the white mobs are 44vvv. Saddare 08:05, 16 April 2008 (UTC)
