Not Soloable Edit

Generally speaking that is what it means with the difficulty says "Heroic". Persons of the level of the quest should REQUIRE a group to complete the quest. Some portions might be soloable. Getting the wisp Edit

I updated the wisp section because there is no "dark tornado" that appears. It is a hidden harvest. The loc is still valid.
