Bug with this NPC?Edit

After completing Cleansing the Corruption (at level 41), I hailed Berlon and turned in the quest. Then without breaking dialog, I was offered and took Cleansing the Filth. I then deleted that quest from my journal and talked to Berlon again. Now he won't offer me anything at all. So, the bug is either that he offered me the second quest, or that he will no longer offer any of the quests to me (I believe they're supposed to be repeatable?).
