I read in the eq2forumns (http://eqiiforums.station.sony.com/eq2/board/message?board.id=quest&message.id=84193&query.id=0#M84193) that the "confirming the right track" quest goes in the timeline between #14 "From Hands of Stone" and #15 "The Seal of the Seas". I have not made it that far yet. If done in that order the medallion of urns should allow you to inspect it and give the quest "An Offering and Peace".

Can someone please comfirm this?

I've just done the quests (except the epic one), and I agree that it makes sense to move "The Seal of the Sea" between "Confirming the Right Track" and "An Offering and Peace". Reasons:

1) "Confirming the Right Track" leads you right to the quest starter point of "The Seal of the Sea"

2) The quest reward of "The Seal of the Sea" (the Medallion of Urns) is the quest starter for "An Offering and Peace"

(This might garble up the division into solo and heroic quests, but it's not a clear line anyway, as "Confirming the Right Track" can be easily soloed too.)
