To spawn the target you must go through a few steps.
Enter the Cove of Decay (COD) (You need COD access or someone in the group needs COD access to enter this zone).
Kill the Octogorgon: The Octogorgon is in the water near the sunken ship. If you swim from the shore towards open water you will run into it. Once the Octogorgon is dead, you can examine a chest container on the ocean bottom for a Partially Decayed Hand.
Take the hand and place in the fire pit: The fire pit is located to your left, once you get back on shore from the water.
Kill Captain Ulssissaris: The Captain is a 31 ^^^ epic mob. KatzMcKatz 14:04, July 17, 2010 (UTC)Katz
