All Tears Grifter Quests rewards are: At least 3 Gold, 23 Silver, 29 Copper

as well as

One of the following:

x Blades insignia token x Coin insignia token x Truth insignia token

where x is the amount of tokens rewarded, ranges from 4 - 8(9?).
