Bug discussion movedEdit

NOTE - As of 11/24/07, this quest is bugged if you're an Exile. The quest requires you to talk to 4 NPCs in Jysolin's Pub. Two of the NPCs are merchants, and they won't talk to you if you're an Exile. If you're an Exile and you're determined to move to Kelethin, you will need to move to Qeynos first (thus improving your faction with Kelethin) and THEN move to Kelethin.

Regarding Note above: the Learning Faerlie Quest is only bugged if you have not yet gained faction to 10,000 in Kelethin. You must earn the faction first, which you cannot do if you are below level 20 (Gibrien will only offer you Considering Kelethin before 20). Therefore, if you betray to Haven pre-20, you can only raise faction by the Qeynos Emissary's Bounty Quests. Once you reach 20, if you drop Considering Kelethin from your questbook, the other faction quests will appear. Or, you can do the bounty quests, and when you reach 10K, the last two people in the language quest will speak with you.

I tried this with my level 22 assasin without success. Gibrien keeps offering the Considering Kelethin quest. If I drop that quest from the journal, he offeres it again. As far as I know, the bounty quest will get you only to -23k faction.

I tried again after yesterdays maintenance. It worked on both my level 22 as well as on my level 12. I saw other players doing the quest as well.

There is no bug Edit

right click the 2 npc's and select hail. it will then give u update. do not left click.

Cannot find Memorial Stone Edit

Brand new to the game. I started in the area north of Kelethin. Now at level 12, did the first part, now at Tunare's Sapling. Quest marker pointed to an NPC Zephyre Violethair until I tracked him/her, then it disappeared. Map marker for the memorial stone location shown on the page seems to point to another NPC Vernus Windrider who is just fishing. Any ideas what's going on?
