To begin your Mythical Weapon Quest, you must return to BORGA RALLOK in Skyfire Mountains. He will send you on a quest to kill 200, 80+ level monsters. I found that Draconians, Wurms, Yha-lei Fishmen worked as updates. It didn't matter the difficulty of these monsters, only that they were 80+ level.
