Unfortunately, the Royal House is guarded by two level 95 Epic guards. This makes it tough to get in and tougher to get out if you do not have any other teleporting available to you (Guild port, other port item, etc.). As of 6/29/2010, as an Exile attempting this quest, you need to make SURE you know or learn Faerlie ahead of time and then either skirt the stationary guard Ylivaan and make sure the other Guard Aluvier is not patrolling that side of the platform, or have someone pull the two NPC's away from the door so you can race in.

ANother way to do this is to carefully jump onto the right hand handhold on the ramp, run up and make a risky jump across to the platform when the two guards are at the left. Then you can run all the way around the building, open the door at a distance and quickly slip inside. Hopefully you will not be attacked: I did this at level 15.

I can confirm that the guards outside the building do not see through invis. So that's pretty helpful in getting into the Royal building. --Sjahn 03:49, December 22, 2010 (UTC)
