I want to move from Neriak to Freeport. Your articals are not clear on how to just move from one evil city to another. It is clear on how to betray your alingment. I don't want to change from being evil to good. I just want to move to freeport. Can any one help.--Mikhaill 14:30, 8 April 2008 (UTC)

According to the Timeline information for Becoming a Citizen of Freeport, as a citizen of Neriak, City of Hate, all you need to do is speak with Clerk Brutus in East Freeport to begin the series of quests that well award you citizenship (and your character level must be at least 10). The starting quest is called Mandatory Service. Have you started that series yet or are you having trouble getting the first quest? --Kodia 14:39, 8 April 2008 (UTC)

at least on the TD dock there is a NPC (Freeport something) who offers you a quest to become a Freeport resident - so at least from TD to FP the quest either doesnt start in FP or there are 2 optional starters - maybe thats the same for Neriak? --Xinturaia 12:32, 3 September 2008 (UTC)
