So what's the spawn timer on Lord Xyfl. For some reason I've always thought he was an auto-spawn if you had the quest but went today to pluck his scale and he wasn't up nor did he spawn when I stood where he should be. Anyone have an idea of spawn time? Thanks.

As at 8 Aug 07, this quest is broken at the stage where you make the 'Formed Wurmslayer'.

He is an autospawn, you need to run up those stairs and to the right and jump back down, he will then be up.
