What does this information mean?

Does an AE Fear (MENTAL) that lasts for roughly 15 to 20 seconds. Immune to Fighter taunts, so rogues HAVE to tank. Does memory wipe every 20 or 40 seconds and goes for healers, "Heal No More!". Hits weak, but his abilities make them hard.

Isn't a Golem - Master Strikes don't work on it. Its a Suit of Armor instead.
