Approach Shaman Snowfell at the World Tree Root for a quest update.
Speak with Shaman Snowfell and he will offer you 2 options:
1. you can agree to help the troglodytes
  - This option will finish the quest, and offer Judge Not, Lest Ye Be Judged
2. you can say that you do not believe them and continue killing them as per your original instructions.
  - This option will finish the quest, and will offer the quest: Lying Trogs!
