1. Kill Rujarkian raiders for 2 updates. (3 x lvl 45 mobs; several around ( -1149, -132, -358 ) /waypoint -1149, -132, -358 at the tents)
2. Talk to Scout Irfam at the top of the gorge leading into the main area of Sinking Sands ( -883, -132, -301 ) /waypoint -883, -132, -301.
3. Follow the trade route.
   • Got an update around ( -495, -110, -204 ) /waypoint -495, -110, -204 on the Orc Highway.
4. Kill Messenger D'Zok (48v Heroic), 2 a D'Zok bodyguard (48 Heroic) and a dervish guard (48vv Heroic).
   • Found them already around ( -330, -110, -132 ) /waypoint -330, -110, -132. Unknown whether they are always level 48s.
5. Return to Fahad Nuhayd.
