What does this information mean?
Stiletto spawns inside Crater Mine and swims in the lake at ( 547, -22, 932 ) /waypoint 547, -22, 932. Often found near the Centaur Camp( 63, 1, 1389 ) /waypoint 63, 1, 1389. His respawn timer is around 50 minutes. He drops Stiletto's Orders and it is Tradeable, and can be purchased at the Broker. You must be level 28 or higher to initiate this quest.
Your Crafting level must be Artisan level 9 or better to complete this quest.

- Enter Cove of Decay ( -91, -3, 1009 ) /waypoint -91, -3, 1009 and kill The Octagorgon. After doing this you can swim to the ocean floor and you will find some interactive chests on the ground ( -264, -50, 1322 ) /waypoint -264, -50, 1322. Inside one of them, you will find a Partially Digested Hand. Only one person has to do this.
- You no longer need to do the access quest to enter the CoD instance used for this HQ - confirmed by What 5/25/08
- Once you have the Partially Digested Hand, you must head onto the beach and you will find a firepit. The person who has the hand can interact with the remains in the Firepit. This will spawn a level 32 ^^^ Heroic mob, Captain Ulssissaris. Kill him and the quest will update.

- Head to the Ruins of Varsoon and examine an interactive book on a table in the workshop of the enchanter ( 263, 0, 118 ) /waypoint 263, 0, 118

- Kill Weavemaster Esh'Rax in the Ruins of Varsoon ( 18, 4, 98 ) /waypoint 18, 4, 98 . He spawns in the tailor room. He has a placeholder (a journeyman weaver). He or his placeholder will repop every 10 min. He will drop a Shroud of the Manastone Recipe and the Enchanted Linen of the Weavemaster.
- Scribe the recipe (You must be artisan level 9 or better to scribe this recipe).
- Craft one Shroud of the Manastone.
- Note that if you have one filament, one boiled leather pelt and one glimmering material on you in Ruins of Varsoon, you could craft without the need to call home or use a portable crafting station.
- Kill Varsoon the Undying in the Chamber of Immortality.
- Loot the stone from a chest in a small room off of the main room, after Varsoon dies.
