1. Speak with Gimble Tinkerton in the building east of the Steamfont Windmill ( -1093, 144, 1102 ) /waypoint -1093, 144, 1102
2. Kill Clockwork collectors OR Clockwork disassemblers outside of Gimble's building until you have 3 Voltaic Batteries.
3. Charge the batteries at the charging station inside the Steamfont Windmill ( -1021, 143, 1110 ) /waypoint -1021, 143, 1110
4. Install the charged batteries in the clockwork gnome observatrons (see the picture) in the building east of the Steamfont Windmill at ( -1093, 144, 1102 ) /waypoint -1093, 144, 1102. To do this, simply right-click on them. It will install the battery and add the Gnome Observatron to your inventory.
5. Return to Waynil Garwater
