1. Slay four spectral creatures. They are found in the flooded part of Sunken City, standing in front of doorways. Any of the following will update the quest:
   • a cursed darkfathom
   • a decaying darkfathom
   • a drowned squatter
   • a forgotten resident
   • a perished citizen
   • a restless resident
2. Return to Inquisitor Thorson for your reward.
