What does this information mean?

This named is located in the Waterfall room before the hatchery where the Devourer spawns. It has 4-5 water elemental spawns with it that are level 68. When attacked the named will call the entire room to it for assistance so clear all trash first. One of the named tomes (Volume VIII - 70^^^) also tends to spawn and assist the Spirit of Water during combat.
