This item can be used to adorn a Wrist slot item. Adds the following to an item: Sparkling Aura of Diverting
Level	20
Effects: When Equipped: On a successful deflection this spell has a 3% chance to cast Combative Restoration on caster. Lasts for 30.0 seconds. When target takes any damage this spell will cast Combative Restoration on target. Heals caster for 30 - 36 Grants a total of 3 triggers of the spell.

Obtain: Crafted by a Jeweler using a recipe from Enigma of the Jeweler Volume 3.
