What does this information mean?

1. Capture 8 wild young sokokars by targeting them and using Sulrig's Net. They can be found in all directions of the Western Pens of Riliss except south. They are NPC's, not mobs.
2. When you retrieve 8 ensnared young sokokars, return to Trainer Sulrig.
