Smoldering Vigilant Shaft FABLED This item can be used to adorn a Two Handed piercing Weapon. Adds the following to an item: +11 defense   Level 70

Obtain: Crafted by a Transmuter using a recipe from Enigma of Transmuting Advanced Volume 8.
