Smoldering Rapid Handgrips FABLED This item can be used to adorn a Two Handed Weapon. Adds the following to an item: Tactical Ubiquity   Level 70   Effects: When Equipped: Increases Attack Speed of caster by 25. Does not stack with any other haste effect items.

Obtain: Crafted by a Transmuter using a recipe from Enigma of Transmuting Advanced Volume 8.
