Effects: When Equipped: When target casts a healing spell this spell has a chance to cast Blessing of Focus on caster. This effect will trigger an average of 1.0 times per minute. Increases power of the caster by 102

Obtain: Crafted by an Alchemist using a recipe from Enigma of the Alchemist Volume 8.
