Smoldering Deft Pommel FABLED This item can be used to adorn a Two Handed slashing Weapon. Adds the following to an item: Deft Ubiquity   Level 70   Effects: When Equipped: Caster has a 4.0% chance of having their primary weapon's Autoattack affect multiple targets they are facing, who are within melee range

Obtain: Crafted by a Transmuter using a recipe from Enigma of Transmuting Advanced Volume 8.
