Smoldering Combative Fastening FABLED This item can be used to adorn a Wrist slot item. Adds the following to an item:   Level 70   Effects: +30 combat art damage

Obtain: Crafted by an Alchemist using a recipe from Enigma of the Alchemist Volume 8.
