1. Kill 15 Nathsarian frog-biters. Many can be found around the Western Pens of Riliss.
2. Collect 8 swamp aconite petals from the small bushes around the ponds near the western pens. The bushes are small targetable little orange and green ones without names overhead. They're easy to miss but located at:
