What does this information mean?

Several of our scouts are being discovered and sometimes killed by the Scaleborn's sentries in the Tenebrous Tangle. They must be eliminated so that our scouts can continue their observations undetected. Wanderer Raegen Truthshadow has tasked me with a writ to do so.
