What does this information mean?

StepsEdit

1. Askr sends you to Lavastorm and Everfrost to retrieve the two shards.
2. Speak to Sumarvaldr in Solusek Valley ( -59, 0, -482 ) /waypoint -59, 0, -482; he leaves the area once this part is done (respawn time unknown). You must fight Sumarvaldr for the shard. He's a level 1 down arrow. When you defeat him, he'll give you the shard. Note I had to use "H" to hail him at level 73, I didn't get the conversation cursor when I moused over him.
3. Seek Faythwen in Everfrost. She's on the shore at the start of Bitterwind Trench. Faythwen sends you to find Arnbjorg and Gudrun.
4. Find and kill Arnbjorg. He's at Lady's View, reached by passing through the Kromise Tunnels and near Permafrost ( 153, -9, -1254 ) /waypoint 153, -9, -1254.
5. Find and kill Gudrun. Head back thru Kromise Caves, he spawns in the tunnel ( -9, -10, -1150 ) /waypoint -9, -10, -1150.
6. Examine the shard. The halves will combine automatically.
7. Return to Askr.
