This is the dragon being worshiped by the mist goblins in Kunzar Jungle (as shown in the text for the quest Dragon Magic).

- When your raid or group gets killed by Severilous he takes off and flies over Kunzar Jungle. This takes about 30 minutes.
Haven't come up with a strategy yet but i do know he stifles and fears you so make sure you cure those as fast you can.
