1. To complete this quest, you must travel to Nagafen's Lair.
2. There will be a special instance known as The Arbiter's Master at the gong to Nagafen.
3. Speak with the Arbiter.
4. Speak with Lord Nagafen.
5. Now you must kill Harla Dar, Lord Vyemm, Gorenaire, and Talendor.
6. Return to Lord Nagafen (remember to go to the The Arbiters Master Instance).
7. Welcome to Deathtoll
