1. Examine a puddle of gunk in the pitmasters room at( -84, 1, -117 ) /waypoint -84, 1, -117
2. Kill a named Gorehorn minotaur, Hammerhead, at ( 3, -6, -195 ) /waypoint 3, -6, -195 and receive a Hornlet Charm.
3. Give the Hornlet Charm to Dyrilisia.
4. Speak to the junk heap called Rubbish. He is a scarecrow in the Runnyeye Chef's room at ( 85, -16, -239 ) /waypoint 85, -16, -239.
5. Inspect a pile of books in Runnyeye at ( 205, -41, -138 ) /waypoint 205, -41, -138.
   • Read the books to spawn some NPCs including the The Book of Baylzuthak. Kill them all.
   • You receive a LORE NO-DROP book. Read it.
6. Speak to Duke Zoryll ( 170, -41, -150 ) /waypoint 170, -41, -150. He is an Evil Eye NPC who roams back and forth in this area.
   • Zoryll asks you to kill the Thing of Shattered Iron in the room with the Runnyeye torturers ( 215, -15, 38 ) /waypoint 215, -15, 38.
   • Speak to Duke Zoryll again.
7. Go to the door to the Overlord's Throne Room and the quest will complete
   • (you have to have killed Lord Rulgax for the quest to finish at the door).
