What does this information mean?

The journal can also be found by examining a bookcase on the second floor of the large building in Little Neriak.

NOTE: This quest is the access quest for The Vault of the Fallen, the boss instanced zone for Fallen Gate. Uncertain how The Seal of Tseralith dropped by Quiora T'Las factors into thing. Need more info.

[edit] Steps

1. Head to the Academy of Arcane Science in North Freeport.
2. Read one of the books on the tables titled "Thexian Incantations: circa Neriak's Fall". ( 12, -5, -130 ) /waypoint 12, -5, -130
   • Pay attention to the Section/Paragraph numbers. These are the combination to a strongbox at the end of the quest.
3. Head back to Fallen Gate.
4. Gather items mentioned in Academy book.
   • Urn of Ashes - Examine the green urn at the back of Little Neriak ( 189, 18, -69 ) /waypoint 189, 18, -69.
   • Scroll of Binding - Examine the bookcase on the 2nd floor of the house in Little Neriak ( 193, 23, -113 ) /waypoint 193, 23, -113.
   • Fallen Dragoon Bangle
     • Examine the strongbox in The Bull's Pit ( -31, -18, -204 ) /waypoint -31, -18, -204.
     • Input the combination from the Academy book 142635 to receive a Fallen Dragoon Bangle.
     • Examine the Bangle.
