Scintillating Focus of the Magi FABLED This item can be used to adorn a Primary or Two Hand Weapon. Adds the following to an item: Scintillating Focus of the Magi   Level 65   Effects: When equipped: On a successful hostile spell this spell has a chance to cast Blessing of Focus on caster. This effect will trigger an average of 1.0 times per minute. Increases power of caster by 85

Obtain: Crafted by a Sage using a recipe from Enigma of the Sage volume 7.
