Collect 4 anemone needles by killing anemones on the bottom of the bay.
They can be found at the bottom of the bay between goblin islands near ( 578, 0, -39 ) Copy/waypoint 578, 0, -39
Return to Schmitty McEricson to give him the components for sandals. He'll tell you he found his lost ones and will make you a pair of your own with the parts you found.
