1. Kill scaled hunters in the Field of Bone until you've collected 9 whole wolf scales. The easiest area consists of a group around ( -1817, -376, -1583 ) /waypoint -1817, -376, -1583, but any type of wolf within the Field of Bone will work. NOTE: Not every kill will give an update.
2. Return to Stomps.
