The shimmering scale glimmers with a hint of Ro's Brilliance. Desert tales have spoken of the possibility of a scale controlling the ability to change the shape of the dragon. Perhaps locating this dragon would net you a reward... or a quick death

1. Find someone who might be interested in the silver scale.
   1. Take the gold scale to Barakah in Maj'Dul at ( 67, 139, 108 ) /waypoint 67, 139, 108.
   2. Prepare for a fight! Barakah will transform into a 64 Epic x4 Dragon and attack on sight.
