What does this information mean?

Grassblade's blessed lock picks are of no help with the arcane bindings that hold him within the alchemist's lab known as Lich's Brew in Scourge Keep. The binding spell is linked to the alchemist lich!

Steps

1. Spawn Arch Alchemist Yallessulich and kill him.
   1. Collect the following 4 items:
      • Collect Alchemist's Phylactery from Lich's Brew ( -22, 8, 29 ) Copy/waypoint -21.76, 8.00, 28.71.
      • Collect Deathrot Oil from The Depleted Armory ( -9, 1, 26 ) Copy/waypoint -8.68, 1.00, 25.50.
      • Collect Vile Essence from third floor at South West Tower in Old Deathfist Stockpile ( 18, 16, 30 ) Copy/waypoint 18.36, 16, 29.50.
      • Collect a Blood Sap-Tipped Arrowhead from the orc used as target in the yard ( 140, -13, 139 ) Copy/waypoint 140.06, -13.14, 139.20.
   2. Place all items in cauldron in Lich's Brew at ( -15, 9, 31 ) Copy/waypoint -15.11, 9.49, 31.31
   3. Pull Yallessulich away from the cauldron and kill him. (Note: Yallessulich is really tough to solo unless you have this merc: Zhugrus Blightstaff).
2. Speak to Grassblade in the corner.

• At least 1p 53g 9s 13,200 status
• Completing this quest gives +500 faction with The Green Hoods
• Visage of the Scourge Rammer
