What does this information mean?

Shadow, a Teir'Dal Green Hood agent, busy bombarding the Scourge orcs using a catapult in Tallon Field, has encouraged me to lend a hand and cause some chaos, like himself.

Steps

1. Kill 4 orcs near the broken catapult west of Shadow ( 599, -26, 139 ) Copy/waypoint 599.49, -25.72, 139.36.
2. Inspect the catapult for damage.
3. Scavenge a large counter weight chain ( 538, -40, 237 ) Copy/waypoint 538.33, -39.99, 236.61.
4. Scavenge a large metal arm pin ( 399, -36, 173 ) Copy/waypoint 399.22, -35.69, 173.29.
5. Repair the damaged catapult.
   • I was attacked by a ^ 104 "Scourge Invader" Orc upon completing the repair
6. Fire the repaired catapult 3 times.
7. Return to Shadow.

• At least 1p 53g 9s 13,200 status
• Completing this quest gives +500 faction with The Green Hoods
• Scourge Catapult
