What does this information mean?

This quest is initiated by examining The Vessel of Fyr'Un. This is the reward of The Vessel of Fyr'Un quest.

You must "Seek out the being that still leaches the power of the Fyr'Un for its own purposes. Only after it has been slain may the Vessel regain its true power."

You must slay Godking Anuk (epic 65 x 4) in the raid zone The Fountain of Life found in The Silent City. After you do, one of the waterfalls will become clickable. Click it to complete the quest.

UPDATE : Epic is not in epic instance in silent city but a few steps in a pool from the place you get the vessel of fyr (he is non aggro)
